Full body kettle bell work! Try each move for 40 seconds of work with 20 seconds rest in between. Repeat for 4 rounds! On the 2nd and 4th exercise, stay on one side the full round and switch each round. Don’t be discouraged if you aren’t able to perform all moves, start by incorporating a few of them in your routine. Getting busy with just one dumbbell. 10 reps each move, on each arm. Try and complete all 5 moves back to back followed by a 1 minute break and repeat for 5 rounds. Working one side at a time will help you correct imbalances, improve stability, and also complete more reps within a set to burn more calories. Grab a pair of dumbbells and hit these 3 full body moves for 10-15 reps each and repeat for 3-5 rounds. Do 10 reps if you have heavier weights, but make sure you can still maintain good form. Sometimes you gotta just set up a gut-check workout that is going to push you to your limit. It doesn’t have to be long or super complex, but it will force you to fight through the pain and grind it out. For this 1,000 REP workout, all you need is a pair of dumbbells, a timer, and I suggest having some @biofreeze on deck ready to help you get through the soreness the next few days. Start the timer when you begin the workout and stop it when you finish the entire thing, rest times are up to you. If you don’t finish within 1 hour, stop...record where you ended and try again another time.
