Pan en cuarentena?Que cliché!👻Pero créeme que no hay más rico 😋 que este!!! En casa lo hago cada 2 o 3 días. Cuándo veo que ya se está terminando pongo manos en masa, porque si se termina.... 🤯 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Es muy fácil de hacer y económico, solo hay que tener paciencia en el leudado, pero créeme que la espera vale la pena y nunca mas vas a comprar pan! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 👩🏽‍🍳Ingredientes 400g. de harina (integral o 0000 ) 2 cditas de levadura seca 1 huevo 1/2 pocillo de aceite 180g. de leche tibia 1 cda de azúcar Sal a gusto ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Disolver la levadura en la leche tibia. Colocar la harina en forma de corona y agregar el huevo, la leche con la levadura, el azúcar y el aceite. La sal por alrededor. Mezclar todo hasta que esté bien integrado. Volcar la mezcla en la mesada enharinada y amasar por 15 minutos, hasta lograr una masa lisa y tierna. Colocar en un bol aceitado, tapar y dejar levar hasta que duplique su volumen, suele ser 1 hora pero depende de la temperatura del lugar. Sacar el bollo, colocar sobre la mesada y aplastar suavemente con los dedos o con un palo de amasar hasta desinflar. Enrollar y colocar en una budinera. Tapar y dejar levar hasta que duplique su volumen. 🔥 Una vez que duplicó su volumen, meter en horno precalentado a 200 grados. Se hornea unos 35-40 minutos, hasta que esté dorado. Huhu, ich bin wieder zurück 🤗 Heute durfte ich mal wieder ran an den Herd, mit einem sehr einfachen und schnellen Rezept: 🍛Geschnetzeltes mit Spätzlenudeln🍛 ▪️300g Spätzlenudeln nach Packungsanweisung zubereiten ▪️500g Hähnchenbrust 🐓 in dünne Streifen schneiden und anbraten ▪️1 Zucchini🥒 klein schneiden und zum Fleisch geben ▪️Mit 250ml Wasser ablöschen und Rahm-Soßenpulver einrühren ( Meins war von Maggie ), dann n.B. A receita de hoje é esse creme de feijão branco com ora-pro-nóbis e manjericão (tô viciada em manjericão 😂 ). Não sei se vocês conhecem e possuem o hábito de consumir o feijão branco, mas essa leguminosas é incrível e vou te contar o motivo. Além de ser muito saboroso, é uma fonte vegetal ótima de cálcio, uma xícara de chá possui cerca de 129 mg de cálcio, sendo absorvido em torno de 30mg. Também possui ferro e é rico em proteínas e fibras, as quais são essencias para nossa saúde gastrointestinal. 👩‍🍳👩‍🍳Para fazer fazer esse creme, você vai precisar de feijão branco cozido (em uma consistência mais macia ), ora-pro-nóbis, manjericão, limão, sal, cebolinha, pimenta calabresa, tomilho, páprica, orégano e pimenta do reino. Processe tudo até ficar uniforme. Eu uso mil temperos pq amo, mas vc pode usar oq preferir. Lembrando que, eles fazem muita diferença no resultado final. E caso vc não tenha ora-pro-nóbis, pode usar a couve por exemplo, mas se eu fosse vc correria atrás de uma mudinha dessa planta MARAVILHOSA. Dá pra usar ele de muitas formas, com legumes, recheio de grãomelete, comer com uma batatinha assada... ⚠Está difícil eliminar as últimas gordurinhas e ganhar músculos? ↘ ⚠O problema deve estar na alimentação. Sem glicogênio (a energia vinda dos carboidratos ), o corpo tem mais dificuldade de queimar gordura. Pior, rouba proteína da massa magra para usar como combustível. E aí lá se vai o músculo e a gordura fica. Além disso, existe o risco de hipoglicemia (baixa de açúcar no sangue ), que provoca tontura e até desmaio. Mas não é qualquer alimento que resolve. Dependendo do intervalo que você tem entre comer e treinar, deve priorizar alguns nutrientes e dispensar outros, buscando melhorar o rendimento. Até uma hora e meia antes do treino, coma proteína (ovo, atum, peito de peru, carnes ), importante para a recuperação e a manutenção dos músculos, e carboidrato (pães e biscoitos integrais e frutas ), que faz com que o organismo consuma açúcares e gordura durante o exercício.  só dá para você comer uma hora antes do exercício? Então fique apenas com o carboidrato e dispense a proteína. Caso esse intervalo seja ainda menor (de 40 a 30 minutos ) prefira biscoitos e pães refinados — eles ficam menos tempo no estômago e garantem a energia necessária para malhar. A proteína tem uma digestão mais demorada e, ingerida perto do exercício físico, pode causar mal-estar, atrapalhando o desempenho. Porém, terminado o treino, a proteína volta a ser bem-vinda. O ideal é consumi-la na primeira hora após a aula, quando as fibras musculares, que sofreram microlesões durante o exercício, começam a se regenerar. Uma nova dose de carboidrato também é fundamental. Ele vai ajudar o corpo a se recuperar do desgaste, poupando novamente o músculo.  😃Resumindo... R E C E I T A 200g de farinha integral Sananduva 50g de aveia em flocos finos 1 ovo 1 col rasa (chá ) de sal 2 col rasa (sopa ) de açúcar xilitol 1/4 xícara (chá ) de azeite de oliva extra virgem ou outro 1/2 xícara (chá ) de água morna 10g de fermento biológico seco Preparo: Bater no liquidificador a água, o ovo, o sal, açúcar, azeite e fermento. Despejar numa vasilha e acrescentar a farinha e a aveia aos poucos e mexendo sempre até ficar uma massa mole. Colocar em forma de pão untada e enfarinhada (se não for de silicone ) e deixar descansar por 30min aproximadamente. Pode colocar semente de chia ou gergelim em cima. Levar assar em forno pré aquecido a 180 graus por 30 a 40 minutos. Espere um palito para saber se está pronto. O ideal é que não fique seco. . . Crédito @receitasfiitness

heeey everyone i hope you’re having an amazing saturday! 🌞💟 I wanted to talk about something I realized today at the gym.. (this may be a long post so I dont blame u if u ignore this ) one of my biggest issues is that I let overthinking consume me which holds me back from a lot of opportunities. w regards to the gym, when I first started (even now I’m still learning new things ) I felt like everyone was judging me bc my forms are off or maybe I’m not doing a machine correctly (even if I was doing it correctly my brain always told me something was wrong ). Another factor that plays into this was that I was just not confident in my body whatsoever so I’d wear baggy clothes and had only like 4 pairs of leggings (this is all totally okay though!! ) but personally I know I feel better about myself when I make an effort into what I’m wearing. I just felt too small to show more revealing clothing (tank top, shorts, sports bra etc ) and felt like people were judging me for even being at the gym. During quarantine I bought a lot of nice workout clothes that I’ve been wearing since I’ve gone back : ) But going back to what I realized today, my gym has a women’s section which I’m thankful for (even tho u gotta pay more for it ) it’s a small size compared to the public area & doesn’t have as much equipment. I went to the main area of the gym today for a few of my workouts and today I was wearing what’s shown above & didn’t once felt judged or embarrassed (which is huge for me ok lol )!! Okay maybe I had a semi thought ahaha but I quickly pushed that away. I’m starting to realize nobody really cares about what you’re doing when you’re at the gym & at the end of the day I’m there for me I shouldn’t care about the opinions of others🤷🏻‍♀️ I honestly don’t remember one time where I felt confident enough at the gym like I did today so I’m just happy that not only my physical gains are growing but my mental/confidence gains are growing too 🦋🦋 i’m not 100% there yet but this is a start : ) & if u read all of this then you the real mvp I appreciate u 💗

How much time have you spent dwelling on how you miss your old body? Whether that was pre-quarantine, high school or whatever it was you wish you looked that one specific way you used to? I know I’m veryyyyy guilty of this. Comparing old me to current me and wishing I could go back in time. But was I even satisfied in those pictures I idolize? Nope. I’ve spent soooo much time being dissatisfied with present me but I’ve pretty much never been content with myself. Which is... pretty unhealthy. So I’m here to say, to anyone who needs to hear it - including myself, stop wishing your self away. Stop working trying to be a number on a scale and stop trying to fit into some tiny pants because you’ll never feel validated by that if you aren’t in love with yourself in the first place. My body isn’t the same as it was because I’m a different person living a different lifestyle and this is a new me. & I like her. Have goals. Be consistent. Be in love with every version of yourself.

A fun way to get veggies in for sure. Anyone else see the smiley face sweet potato chip?! 😀😂 -⠀⠀ -⠀⠀ I love poached eggs so much 👌🏻My grandma got me an egg poacher pan after many failed attempts at making them and it’s a game changer 💯 I always feel so spoiled every time I use it because it’s just so convenient but also so extra 😂 Gotta love grandmas for getting us the things we wouldn’t buy for ourselves! ❤️ Now I just have to convince her to like runny eggs so I can make some and repay her 😜 Hope you all have something fun planned today if you have the day off! -⠀⠀ -⠀⠀ -breakfast details 👉🏻 (this makes two servings for us! ) Take two medium-large sweet potatoes, slice into rounds, coat with 1 tsp oil (I use olive or avocado ), preheat oven to 450F, bake for 20-25 minutes depending on how thick you slice them. Dry Aged Thomahawk 🔥😍 _______________________________ Zwei Stunden lag es im Smoker bis es im Kern 53 Grad hatte. Danach noch für 90 Sekunden je Seite schön scharf angegrillt. 🥧🍑Einfacher Aprikosenkuchen vom Blech 🍑🥧 Für ein halbes Blech: 5 Eier, 250g gemahlene Haselnüsse, 80g Kokosmehl (alternativ mehr gemahlene Nüsse ), 1 Pck. Backpulver, 120g Erythrit (oder anderen Zuckerersatz nach Geschmack ), 150ml (Mandel )Milch 40g Butter (geschmolzen ), 1/2 Vanilleschote (das Mark ), ca. 150g Aprikosen Den Ofen auf 180°C Grad Umluft vorheizen. Die Eier trennen und das Eiweiß steif schlagen. Die Eigelbe mit den Haselnüssen, Kokosmehl, Backpulver, Erythrit, Milch, Butter und dem Mark der Vanilleschote vermengen. Anschließend das Eiweiß unterheben. Nun auf ein mit Backpapier belegtes Backblech streichen, die Aprikosen entkernen und halbieren, dann auf dem Teig verteilen.
