We had a bit of s l o w day today. I ended up having a broken sleep last night so I felt so groggy and bleh the entire morning, so we didn’t get our workout in right away. And honestly, I wasn’t too mad about it. We made grilled cheese for lunch. I took a nap. We went for a walk. We had pizza for dinner. It wasn’t until the evening that I felt good enough to want to workout, and I’m so glad we did. Today was chest, triceps, and shoulders. This circuit was a burner. It was challenging. But we crushed it. And I feel so much better now that we did get our daily workout in. Both physically and mentally. ✌🏻 ⁣ ⁣ As per usual, this circuit was three rounds. Here’s what we did in case you want to do it, too: 👇🏻 ⁣ ⁣ 1. Lying dumbbell chest fly - 15 reps each round. ⁣ 2. Kneeling tricep extension - 15 reps each round. ⁣ 3. Pushups - 10 reps each round. ⁣ 4. Dumbbell pullover - 15 reps each round. ⁣ 5. Floor press - 15 reps each round. ⁣ 6. Dumbbell triceps kickback - 30 reps each round alternating sides. ⁣ 7. Lying overhead triceps extension - 15 reps each round. ⁣ 8. Bent-over row - 15 reps each round. ⁣ 9. Prone pull - 15 reps each round. ⁣ 10. See-saw press - 30 reps each round alternating sides. ⁣ ⁣ This was a good workout. Our arms were jelly by the time we were done with this circuit. 😥 Feel free time like + save this workout if you want to try it out. I recommend it. Officially done with the 21days challenge.⁣ After 21 days I added an extra 14 days. Total; 5 weeks without sugars, carbohydrates, fruit and dairy. Only dairy from eggs and protein shakes.
