Projeto ' Volta Músculo ' Dia 7 _ seria o descanso, mas descansei ontem. Cheguei à conclusão de que vou incluir um descanso no 4° dia pq ficou muito sofrido e cheguei ao final da semana muito travada. Esse não é o objetivo. Meu principal objetivo é manter a frequência, então não adianta aumentar o volume no momento. Optar pelo treino moderado é uma boa escolha. Lembrando q essa percepção é subjetiva, ou seja, mesmo os exercícios sendo fáceis e a carga moderada, a minha percepção da semana foi Intensa. Hoje somente alongamento. I just love them so so much ❣️❣️ All of the transitions we’ve had the last week or so, reminds me how grown up they are getting!! Some days are long but man the months/years are so incredibly short! One of my greatest fears is missing out with them. Missing them because I didn’t capitalize on opportunities I have now. Everyday is a mental battle of fear. Fear of the unknown, failure and judgement. I’m sitting here thinking “what good comes out of succumbing to my fears?” Comfort, maybe? Unfortunately for me, comfort isn’t going to provide me with what I want from this one life. Comfort doesn’t force me to grow as a person, as a mum and as a role model for these two little cherubs. The only thing I can tolerate being comfortable with now, is being uncomfortable. Challenging myself to push past obstacles, negativity and my own mind games in order to choose positivity and growth. . . If not for me, I’ll do it for them 💫💫 . . I am always looking for ideas! What’s something you’ve done lately to challenge yourself?

I AM NOW A QUALIFIED SPORTS MASSAGE THERAPIST 🥳 I’ve spent 8 weeks of lockdown studying; bones, muscles, tendons, ligaments, sports injuries, origins, insertions, massage techniques, energy systems & biomechanics.
