I need to do 4 or 5 more." When the reality is, the more you do, the less you are actually doing 😱 Less is more. ___ DEADLIFTS - See if you can push this movement a little. Load up some weight and make yourself work. - Of course, be safe and only do it if you are comfortable SINGLE-LEG KETTLEBELL RDL -Hold the kettlebell with both hands to help keep your hips parallel to the ground -If balance is an issue, drop your back foot to the ground like Connor BODYWEIGHT SINGLE-LEG HAM CURL - Make sure you are squeezing every fiber of your hamstring and if you are, you'll know 😉 BARBELL HIP THRUST - Don't need a lot of weight to feel these - Slow and controlled reps with a nice squeeze at the top ___ DM me if you want help with your training!

✅DAY 83/90✅ This morning at work we had to tell eachother all one thing we loved about one another and what they said about me was how positive, enthusiastic and bubbly I always am 💓 and I am definitely one of those people that will always try and be the happiest in the room even in my darkest of times - I’ve just always been like that. Like here for example in this picture I look happy and smiling - in reality I have felt anxious all afternoon and I could feel a mega panic attack coming on any minute - I ended up powering through my 30 mins total body burn with more breaks than I usually would and then left the gym to get some fresh air the calm myself down. It’s so strange I have no idea what has triggered me - I’m thinking maybe it’s all the emotions over the past week building up and getting the better of me - but I’m home now in bed and safe and sound 💓 I always love smiling and being super happy as it tricks your brain into thinking you’re ok and that’s scientifically proven! I have such strong emotions and quite an emotional person so I know if I let my “down moods” get to me it will literally impact me on another level - physical and mental. Positive vibes all round - always ✨ Tomorrow is my day off & rest day !
