I call this workout "Explosive Jump Rope Workout" you'll know what I mean if you watch the video. The first time I did this workout was almost 2 years ago and I was a total trash but now I encourage you to do this yourself and let's see if you survive this 😁 Let me explain the whole workout 👇🏻 -1 minute regular jump -10 explosive pushups 30 seconds rest -1 minute regular jump -10 jumping squats 30 seconds rest -30 seconds fast jump -10 burpees Do this for 3 rounds and rest for 2 minutes between the rounds. Thuesday's go-home metcon from Coach @regiponferrada - only did one round but this should be around 3 to have a bit more fun. . Finished at 3:30 but had a scary moment when I slipped from the pull-up bar. I need to make sure that I grab that bar tight but need to maybe use that closed grip more. . . .

Criss cross boxer skip tutorial‼️swipe left to see me inflict pain on myself 😊 • 1️⃣ use fundamentals of basic bounce: upright posture, knees bent, up on toes, eyes forward 2️⃣ choose one dominant hand (I use my left ) to swing on top and the other beneath 3️⃣ rotate wrists in figure-8 motion keeping palms exposed during release and closed during the cross 4️⃣ boxer skip with feet.
