Repost from @patriot_utah_usa • Repost from @havokjournal • I have pulled dead, mangled bodies from cars. I have lied to people as they were dying. I said you are going to be fine as I held their hand and watched the life fade out. I have held dying babies. Bought lunch for people who were mentally ill and haven't eaten in a while. I have had people try to stab me. Fought with men trying to shoot me. I've been attacked by women while I was arresting their husband who had just severely beat them. I have held towels on bullet wounds. Done CPR when I knew it wouldn't help just to make family members feel better. I have torn down doors, fought in drug houses. Chased fugitives through the woods. I have been in high-speed car chases. Foot chases across an interstate during rush hour traffic. I have been in crashes. Been squeezing the trigger about to kill a man when they came to their senses and stopped. Waded through large angry crowds by myself. Drove like a madman to help a fellow officer. Let little kids who don't have much sit in my patrol car and pretend they are a cop for their birthday. I have taken a lot of people to jail. Given many breaks. Prayed for people I don't even know. Yes, and at times I have been "violent" when I had to be. I have been kind when I could. I admit I have driven to some dark place and cried by myself when I was overwhelmed. I have missed Christmas and other holidays more than I wanted to. Every cop I know has done all these things and more for lousy pay, exhausting hours, and a short life expectancy. We don't want your pity, I don't care for your respect. Just let us do our jobs without killing us... please. #nationallawenforcementappreciationday . . . . #havokjournal #voiceforveterans #storyteller #america #freedom #bravery #freedomisntfree #homeland #protection #thinblueline #policelivesmatter #police . . . . 📸: Daniel Henry, a Port Authority of New York/New Jersey police officer, pauses during a moment of silence at 9:01 am EDT, at the South Reflecting Pool of the 9/11 Memorial during ceremonies for the twelfth anniversary of the terrorist attacks on lower Manhattan at the World Trade Center site on Sept. 11, 2013.

Hostis humani generis (Latin for "enemy of mankind" ) is a legal term of art that originates in admiralty law. Before the adoption of public international law, pirates and slavers were already held to be beyond legal protection and so could be dealt with by any nation, even one that had not been directly attacked. #think_4vichar #lawofattraction #legal #america #florida #moscow #latinamerican #ujjayi #madhyapradesh #nationallawenforcementappreciationday

In honor of National Law Enforcement Week (May 11-17 ) please thank these men and women that protect the communities that we live. One week is not enough time to show our appreciation to the brave people out there risking their lives for us! I have seen firsthand the sacrifices these brave men and women place on their lives and families lives daily. When we go to and from work, outside playing with our kids, quarantined in our homes and when we are asleep, they are out there. Please next time you see them drive down the road, wave to them, thank them and above all please support them. Thank you for everything you do! . . . . . #cjcigars #nationallawenforcementappreciationday #xikar #xikarcutter #zippolighter #zippo #cigars #cigaraficionado #cigarporn #cigaraccessories #cigarlife #botl #sotl #cigarlife #cigarculture #cigarlifestyle #cigarsociety #cigarsmoker #cigarsnob #cigarphotography #cigaroftheday #cigarworld #cigar #thinblueline #blueline #police #blackriflecoffee #militaryandpolice #military #cigarsandwhiskey #cigarandcoffee

Difference between Robbery and Dacoity The most basic difference between the offences of robbery and dacoity is the number of people they involve. While a single person can commit robbery, five or more people must collectively commit dacoity. Secondly, robbery is a generic offence that is an aggravated form of theft or extortion. On the other hand, a dacoity is just a specific form of robbery involving five or more offences. Thus, every dacoity is a robbery but every robbery need not be a dacoity. Thirdly, the punishment for dacoity is more severe than for robbery. This is because when more people collectively commit an offence, the chances of damage or harm are more. Section 392 of the IPC provides punishment for Robbery. The Section states that the punishment for robbery may extend to 10 years along with fine. If the robbery is committed on the highway between sunset and sunrise then the same is punishable up to 14 years of imprisonment. Section 396 of the IPC provides the punishment for Dacoity. The section prescribes that those convicted of dacoity may be awarded the imprisonment for life, or with rigorous imprisonment for a term which may extend to 10 years along with fine. As National Police Week continues, today is recognized as Peace/Police Officers Memorial Day. Take a brief moment remembering the men, women, and K9's, who are no longer among us, who bravely protected and served their communities, and who sacrificed so much that they can't be here today. Also remember their families, friends, and colleagues, who, day in and day out, are reminded of their losses. 🇺🇲🚔🚨💙💙🚨🚔🇺🇲 . . #furevergratefulalwayshumble #nationallawenforcementappreciationday2020 #nationallawenforcementappreciationday #policeweek #remember #rememberthefallen #bluelivesmatter #policeweek2020 #policeweek #police #thinblueline #thinbluelinefamily

“God gives his hardest battles to his strongest soldiers” is a saying I’ve always believed, but never fully understood until 5 years ago today. One of the hardest days to endure was March 29, 2015, but what most do not realize was how many days after were even harder. Together, we have experienced the highest of highs and lowest of lows, but there is no one I would rather face life with than with this amazing man. He has taught me about selfless love and sacrifice, bravery without fear, and how to lean on faith above all. One day, when he is old enough, we will tell our boy about that day. And it will be that moment when you will finally realize just how much of a hero you are. @jburr109

Hello all you beautiful souls! As many of you know it is National Law Enforcement Appreciate Day…. 🇺🇸 •••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••• ••• LEO SUPPORTERS READ: If you happen to see a police officer or come into contact with anyone in the law enforcement community, please do something kind to show your appreciation. It doesn’t have to be huge… a wave or small smile does the trick! It goes a lot further than you’d think. LEO’s have a pretty tough job nowadays, especially in light of all the media. It is almost as if they aren’t viewed as human anymore, which is a huge problem in todays society. The few bad apples ruin it for the rest of the people dedicating their life for good… to protect and serve. By showing your support, you’re showing them that they matter and are truly appreciated! 🤝 •••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••• ••• LEOS READ: If you’re in any or was in any sort of law enforcement I wanted to write up a little something to say thank you so much for your service, not just today, but everyday. Brave men & women like yourselves, put your life on the line daily to ensure the safety of others. There is no ‘thank you’ big enough to truly show you how much your sacrifice is appreciated. We love you and we support you. Stay safe out there. 💙 ••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••• To snag this awesome @bluelinebeasts hoody for 15% off use code: ‘FITGIRLSFEED’ 🙌🏼•••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••• ••• Prosper & thrive, Aly @fitgirlsfeed
