I’m still relatively new to intuitive eating, so still learning but loving it more & more! About to head into uni now for a day at the library with my law palz. I know I always post my oatmeal bowls, but this one deserves some extra attention because today is.... NATIONAL OATMEAL DAY!🤤🤤 You already know I had to celebrate with PUMPKIN oats because ‘tis the season💁‍♀️ •1/2 cup  @quaker old fashioned oats •1 teaspoon pumpkin pie seasoning •pinch of sea salt •1 cup almond milk •1/4 cup egg whites •1 tbsp pure maple syrup •1/2 cup @libbyspumpkin pumpkin purée Toppings (optional ) •1 tsp @earthlychoice chia seeds •1/2 tbsp almond butter •1/2 banana •1 tbsp craisins •1 tbsp sliced almonds 1.Add oats, milk, pumpkin, syrup, and pumpkin pie seasoning to a pot and heat over medium-high heat for 6-7 minutes or until all the liquid has been absorbed. 2.Add egg whites into the oats and stir/whisk constantly, making sure to keep the egg whites from scrambling. The oatmeal will turn into a thick, fluffy consistency. This should take 1-2 minutes. 3.Top as you please. I used banana, sliced almonds, craisins, chia seeds, almond butter and some more pumpkin pie seasoning. 477 cals (18 P| 71 C| 14 F )
