Consejo de sábado de la abuela. No hagas ejercicios pensando que así eliminarás la grasa del abdomen, brazos, o espalda. Grave error, la grasa es imposible eliminarla de forma localizada: una dieta saludable y un déficit calórico se hacen indispensables para empezar a perder la grasa distribuida por el cuerpo. Los ejercicios te ayudarán a fortalecer los músculos acompañados siempre de una buena alimentación. No puedes hacer solo ejercicios y comer mal, o comer bien y no hacer ejercicios, o comer bien, hacer ejercicios y no dormir las horas suficientes para descansar el cuerpo.
