Als HSP kan stress een enorm grote rol in uw leven spelen. Dat geldt trouwens ook voor niet hsp-ers. Voortdurende stress kan enorm veel energie vreten. Je voelt je continue uitgeput en moe als je te veel stress ervaart. Toch is niet alle stress ongezond. Je hebt een zekere mate van stress nodig om een topprestatie te leveren of bijvoorbeeld een examen te halen. Stress is niet meer als spanning. Het kan je concentratie vasthouden en zorgt dat je alert blijft. Is de prestatie achter de rug, dan vloeit de spanning weg en daalt het stressniveau weer tot normale waarden. Bij ongezonde stress daalt die waarde niet of bijna niet meer naar normale waarden, waardoor je lichaam ook steeds langer tijd nodig heeft om te herstellen. Als je niet luistert naar jouw lichaam dan spreekt je lichaam de reserves aan. Uiteindelijk heb je ook de reserves totaal verbruikt, laad je niet meer bij en loop je uiteindelijk tegen een burn-out aan. Dus... 1. Ga op tijd op zoek naar de oorzaken van die stressfactoren: werk, gezin, tijd... 2. Gebruik een planner waarin je alles plant (me-time eerst ) 3. Neem geregeld me-time om te ontstressen en je batterijen op te laden. 4. Clinical studies have proven that stressful events can be detrimental to our immune systems. ⚡️ With everything going on in the world right now that isn’t ideal. However researchers from Kings College in London worked with 102 subjects with anxiety disorder and found that positive thought can make all the difference. Business executives have business plans, coaches have game plans and teachers have lesson plans So why don’t parents have “parenting plans”?? Some people call it a “to do” list or a list of priorities for the day – some life coaches call it daily goal setting which all sounds a bit pretentious and hard going to me so call it what you like but whatever you call it get into the habit of doing it and build in time for your children and family. Of all the positive things you’ll ever do investing your time in your family and your kids even if it’s 10 minutes a day will pay off a thousand times in good will, affection, love and appreciation from your children.

Leute, was soll ich sagen, ich pubertier wieder🤯😵 Aktuell im Rennen ist die Übersprungshandlung a la Leine zerren und beißen. Schimpfen treibt mich dann so richtig an, ignorieren ist bei meinen 40kg nicht so einfach und Alternativverhalten kann ich in dem Moment nicht zeigen. An was das gerade liegt? Durante a formação do fim-de-semana, ouvi algo que foi "txanam". Tão simples, na verdade, e tão importante! O nosso nível de HIPERVIGILÂNCIA é assustador. Actualmente vivemos em hipervigilância crónica. Ou seja, a nossa capacidade para reagir e, de seguida, voltar ao relaxamento está mesmo comprometida ~ até aqui nada de novo. Fora o choque de constatar esta verdade. Depois, e entra aqui o que aprendi ~ o percursor químico que dá origem à progesterona é o mesmo que dá origem ao cortisol. Trocando por miúdos, em ambiente stressante, o nosso corpo produz mais cortisol (do que o que devia ) e menos progesterona (do que o que devia ). Ora eu, que trabalho com Pré-Concepção Consciente, e que sabia alguns dos efeitos do stress e ansiedade no processo de concepção (e gravidez e parto e pós-parto ), fiquei WOW! Mais ainda, eu, que às vezes desvalorizava quando as pessoas me diziam "fiquei muito mais calma depois de falar contigo", agora sei um dos efeitos REAIS e MENSURÁVEIS da calma e paz que posso levar a cada uma. Reforço assim que, ter momentos de pausa DIÁRIOS, momentos de relaxamento FREQUENTES é ESSENCIAL à nossa saúde e bem-estar (em todas as fases da vida! ). Que isto se torne uma prioridade nas nossas vidas. Os níveis de stress com que vivemos não é compatível com a nossa felicidade, vitalidade e natureza. Tem de começar em ti esta vontade de incluir mais momentos para parar, para fechar os olhos, para respirar fundo. Para dançar e relaxar o corpo. Para receber massagens. Para te alimentares com calma e sem distrações. Para dizeres "não" e te priorizares a ti. É urgente que isto aconteça. (📸 @joanaduartefotografou )
