Prepped & packed for my 12 hours shifts🏥
Here’s what I eat days I work:
For breakfast I drink my Shakeology on my way to work, today was chocolate protein powder, 1 cup of spinach, 1/2 frozen banana, 1 scoop collagen, peanut butter, and unsweetened vanilla almond milk.
On my 15 minute break I made a breakfast sandwich with whole wheat sandwich things, 2 eggs microwaved, 2 slices of turkey bacon, and 1 slice of cheese. I also had some watermelon 🍉
On my “30 minute break” (aka I ate as fast as I can so I could return to the chaos ) I had riced cauliflower with onions, peppers, and Cajun turkey sausage. I also had a string cheese & the rest of my watermelon.
When I get home I’m having a bunless turkey burger with lettuce, tomato, salsa, and Greek yogurt with a side of sweet potato fries.
& that’s what I eat in a day 🤷🏼♀️
